Sbocciano i fiori sbocciano,

e danno tutto quel che hanno in libertà,

donano non si interessano,

di ricompense e tutto quello che verrà.

I haven't been out shooting in spring conditions this much in years. Something about this year really has me inspired to get out in the early mornings and enjoy the peace and solitude with my camera. I have many images to edit, and a backlog that could take months to work through.

*I had to delete this image yesterday, and tweak the edit. I found the shadows too harsh and couldn't leave it up. Thank you to anyone who "favourited" it, but I'm much happier with this version.

Spring is in full swing here in the North East and the birds are back as well. A Hooded Warbler in a Red bud, may favorite combo of colors.

Have a great Spring my dear Flickr friends!

Hi friends!

I'm still not feeling so much better that I have the energy to upload photos and give comments to your photos. I hope that all of you are having a fantastic spring and summer.

Hugs and blessings

A couple of older shots to celebrate the first day of Spring... a bit anticlimactic here, as we didn't get much of a winter but hey! If there's a bandwagon, I'm not adverse to hopping on!

Como demuestran estas flores (creo que son de almendro) la primavera ha llegado a la ciudad, la moral sube, la gente es feliz y las calles se llenan de color.... parece bonito no? Preguntadles a quienes tengan alergias jeje.

As this flowers show, spring is arriving the city, people becomes happier and streets are full of colour..... seems beautiful, isnt it? Ok, ask an allergic person ;)

Cold Spring Harbor in Winter.

Notes: Used DL method for tonemapping. Then added a bit of color to sky using graduated tint with color option in Picassa.

I took this photo myself at my own house. Don't that yellow flower look like fireworks! Wild, isn't it? Peace!

In a few weeks its finally spring! I need SUN!

I still don't spent much time on Flickr, i can't. Recovering from al the surgery's takes so long, to long. I'll try to comment as often as i can and also trying to get myself together and pick up that camera again! But unfortunatelly i still don't feel very well. I want to leave this awfull period of my life behind me. And I don't have to do this al by myself, but the doctors say, you want to much at the same time, have patience.... But that is the big problem i don't have that....... ;-)
