Soulis: Little Begonias of Spring.

First of the new floral dresses for Spring. I guess I've needed a bit of a jump start working my way out of Winter, floral dresses usually do the trick. That and some fun new Nine West sandals,

Next stop, Chappo Spring. I spotted this on Google Maps a few years ago and decided to go for a look. Interesting, but not sure if it was worth the almost 10 mile round trip on the rough road.

Not sure of the history of this place. It doesn't appear to be a mining camp, but more like a homestead. If anyone knows, please comment.

I went to see the Hanami, the cherry blossoms at Hakone Gardens, a Japanese garden in Saratoga, California. It was a very busy place on Sunday. This is the main area with the pond, and the Upper House in the back.

I processed a realistic, a paintery, a photographic, and a balanced HDR photo from two RAW exposures, blended them selectively, and carefully adjusted the color balance and curves. I welcome and appreciate constructive comments.

Thank you for visiting - ♡ with gratitude! Fave if you like it, add comments below, like the Facebook page, order beautiful HDR prints at qualityHDR.com.

With unusually high temperatures here in Utah this week the snow pack is melting fast filling the rivers and creeks with icy cold, fast moving water.

Almond blossom. It was a treat to see miles of blossom on our way to Yosemite.

Though I do not believe that a plant will spring up where no seed has been, I have great faith in a seed... Convince me that you have a seed there, and I am prepared to expect wonders. Henry David Thoreau
