we are picking up Elsie from school this afternoon (yippee!) and staying over in east London for an evening meal. Peter is cooking chicken and chorizo lasagne (a Spanish take on an Italian dish) which has become a family favourite. Back soon .. .
My attempt at the "Crazy Tuesday" theme "Big versus Small"
Shot with Carl Zeiss "S-Sonnar 62 mm F 2.5" lens on a Canon EOS R5.
I was inspired by one of Mistero Hifengs sculptures making this picture, his ability to make sculptures that express our most painful and vulnerable feelings is astoniching, he is simply a master at his craft.
A light pink beauty from Berkeley, California, looking cute and pretty in the soft, yellowish early morning February light.
Your words were spoken
Carefully chosen
For me
Each one a msg
And insight
To some degree
When i wake up
My eyes are open
I can see
I can hear you
All around me
I feel free
There is comfort here
Where i wait
For you
There is sunlight
Shining through
There is comfort here
Where i wait
For you
There is sunlight
Shining through
Why am i nervous
My hands they're shaking
My heart it beats
Your specter haunts me
And taunts me
I cant breathe
When i wake up
My eyes are open
I can see
I can feel you
All around me
I can breathe
There is comfort here
Where i wait
For you
There is sunlight
Shining through
There is comfort here
Where i wait
For you
There is sunlight
Shining through
We're moving on
Moving on
There is comfort here
Where i wait
For you
There is sunlight
Shining through
Meaning to post a few summer shots that I have but too busy finding autumn colours. The last few days have been quite windy leaving the trees bare. Funny how quick the autumn colours comes and goes. I'm still waiting for a misty morning.

It was about 19° F this morning but the dogs were running in front of me as if to say it is too cold, lets get going! I agreed but I had to stop to capture this image before the colors faded.

The color photos I've been posting lately are part of a larger project that may or may not come to be. Not because I don't like the photos, but because I'm not sure how to tell the story (or if it's even my story to tell).
But for now, here's another.
