As part of a Public Street Art Project, supported by the City of Hamilton, six artist and artist teams were selected to bring colour to the barriers and columns on the public trail. Concrete Canvas also left their mark on the Keddy, with the newest legal wall in the city. In addition to showcasing vibrant new works by established artists, the legal wall lets mentors with decades of experience, take emerging artists under their wing and share traditions, skills, and wisdom.
Whether you're biking, walking, or driving by, the vibrant blues, greens, yellows, pinks, and purples in the murals are going to make you want to stop and explore them all.

Davis, California. Artists Mark Grieve & Ilana Spector. The 25 feet tall obelisk is composed of around 110 unwanted children’s bikes, taken apart, cleaned and rebuilt into the Needle. Dedicated in 2019.

The Ronettes were a girl group of the 1960s from New York City, best known for their work with producer Phil Spector. They consisted of lead singer Veronica Bennett (a.k.a. Ronnie Spector), her sister Estelle Bennett, and their cousin Nedra Talley. Their defining album is Presenting the Fabulous Ronettes Featuring Veronica from 1963, and their most famous songs include "Be My Baby", "Baby, I Love You", "(The Best Part of) Breakin' Up", and "(Walking) in the Rain".
