This a panorama sweep inspired shot of a ceiling lamp. Two shots of the same lamp was taken and then medged (in the camera)
This is a shot from just a bit later as we descended the hiking trail back to the dock. I had been planning on shooting the full moon rise on the other horizon. The clouds completely obscured the moonrise but offered some lovely skies for the sunset which soon followed.
I would have stayed longer but the mosquitos were relentless in their pursuit of my ankles, and I was without bug spray. There is now a travel sized bottle of it in my camera bag.

One of my favorite places is outside of Bay Mills, MI up at the Spectacle Lake Overlook on Mission Hill. On this day the sky was a glorious shade of blue with awesome clouds.
You can choose to watch it, or not.
