I'm going to predict what the Webb sees with the following:

The visuals that are of impossible to see wave lengths will be eventually represented with impossible colors (the optical illusion of flickering complementary colors which causes your eye to view red through green cones etc).

They sucked ass.
The lead singer did this weird thing were he would take the mic away from his mouth and still sing. I heard every 8th word in all their songs.
Patrick ran to the front cause he saw the Pumpkin's drum set getting sound tested but it was qucikly put away and SKSK played first.
I found out my room mate's cousin is the drummer for the band. Even my room mate says that it sucks.

Area 798. Well, that sounds something on the lines of Area 52, right. Except, it is much more alien than anything they have there. This is something as outlandish as a huge area given over to bubbling creativity and a certain degree of anarchy. There was no end to my surprise and joy to find something like this is in this well controlled society. There were workshops being buildt or dismantlet, coffeeshops, galleries and whats not. Of all of the wonderous places and experiences I enjoyed during those two weeks, this is the one that really seem to endure almost un touched by time and distance. Even as I write those words a feeling of amazement and inspiration lights in me, feeding a slow narcotic stream of enthusiasm and wonder into my whole being. Please walk with me along the alleys and streets of this old military factory complex and lets talk about can to feeling at the 798 Art Café over at the corner.

The area is a goldmine of interesting halls and walkways. Here is one to the rock locale "Urban Eightday". I blithely ignored the "Closed" sign at the entrance and out of pure curiosity walked down the 20 or so meters into the club. Never being able to resist the pull of a good punk guitar riff. And it was as I thought, a local punk rock band was doing sound test as it were. What ever the musical ability was lacking was more than repaired with an inspired scene show. I would´t be surprised, actually I would but you see my point, if the group "3.rd ringroad streetrats" would show up on the hit list in Europe.
Saturday July 18th, moving from overhaul to initial testing. Mirrors being fitted, axle caps off, buffers out for ultra sound testing and air brake test happening today.
