A few weeks ago I went along with Cathy, abstract_effects and
jonathenharty to Baron Hill near Beaumaris for a wee bit of urbex.
This is before we reached the main house, one of the lodges on the driveway up to the house.
This strange root on the wall really captured my imagination, reminding so much of some creaters from the likes of Res Evil or Silent Hill.

I was cleaning up today, and this sidetable is stuck between two couches where I rarely see it. Imagine my surprise when I pulled one couch out to find this. Hmmmm, who do you think could be responsible for writing on the furniture?
Someone misses it a lot. Already. And maybe that someone hung up these floral felt circles to remind them of spring flowers. Though I guess they kind of look like snowflakes.
Someone has put up a nesting box behind one of the warehouses on Chenango River. A Tree Swallow (Tachycineta bicolor) is giving it serious consideration.
Even tho i chose ther easiest project ever, thew weather has denied me from doing what i had planned. So you'll have to settle for selfportraits today. Sorry. :/

Impressive amounts of water have been drained from the Nueves Melones reservoir. Apparently something was wrong with the old melons.
