as of today, one day past her 14 month birthday. she's been "walking" with a pushcart for some months, and has been walking lightly holding on to our hands for about a month-month & a half or so, and she's done short jogs across short distances, but today was the first day she got up and went by herself for long distances.
she really started doing it in the afternoon today, and was streaking down the front hallway in our apartment here (it's really long), back and forth for a good long while, cackling at herself. i was cheering her on, we were both giggling. it was such a sweet, exciting moment. i am so glad i am here, at home with her, to see it. so proud!
also: she's been attempting words lately. one of her first words is SHOE. hahahahaha!! no doubt she's my kid! she LOVES shoes, her own, mine, anyone's.
her little kicks are from a japanese company, tsukihoshi. cute, no?
we're seen here doing a daily ritual: going down to the lobby to check the mail and see if we have packages. she LOVES doing it, b/c she loves riding in the elevator and when she gets in the marble-floored lobby she squeals with excitement, i think she likes the echo!
she's been cracking me up so much lately. i love her more and more each and every day.

Under the same overpass as the previous post, I can never make out what they mean or don't mean . I am always looking for art work and not just tagging. No a lot of that in Newport News.

So i bought the new Pussy skin from The Shops and I have these system eyelashes that wont go away (only with this skin) and they're just white and sticking out. I have them set to 0 in appearance so idk why I'm seeing them.. anyone know how to make them go away?
Other than that I love this skin.

I've decided to name her Jessami after a girl in my class who desperately wants a Blythe and told me I should get this one!
At 3am last night someone broke into my Jeep by slashing the rear window. He spent 10-15 minutes tossing the contents around, left behind things like the radar detector but stole half a roll of quarters and ate an emergency candy bar I had in the Jeep.
He also broke into two other cars in the parking lot that had unlocked doors. Reviewing the security footage, he spent about 45 minutes in the lot, and checked the doors on all the other cars. Mine was the only soft top and only damage.
Luckily I was able to locate a dealer in the area who had a replacement window in stock.
Finally, she came along,
broke the spell, and set me free..
Push aside, what use to be,
all the broken hearted man that once was me!
I never gave it up, I always believe,
