Do you recognize the man in the photo? This man walked off a ferry to Kingston, Ontario from Wolfe Island in Lake Ontario with an entourage to two waiting black Cadillac limos with drivers & engines running. Two additional men arrived in a taxi, joined them & they all left immediately in the limos.
