আর তাই, যৌনস্বাস্থ্য বিষয়ক জ্ঞান অর্জনের পাশাপাশি যৌন সমস্যায় ভুক্তভোগী যুবক এবং পুরুষ ভাইদের জন্য আজ আমরা আলোচনা করছি – যৌনস্বাস্থ্য বিষয়ক শারীরিক সমস্যা সৃষ্টির কারন, প্রতিকার এবং শতভাগ কার্যকরী স্থায়ী চিকিৎসা বিষয়ক পরিপূর্ণ গাইডলাইন ।
কারনসমূহ
যৌন দুর্বলতা এর কারন হিসাবে আমরা প্রথমেই যৌনতা বিষয়ক প্রয়োজনীয় জ্ঞানের অভাব বিষয়টিকে উল্লেখ করতে পারি, যৌনতা সম্পর্কে বিশেষ জ্ঞান না থাকার কারণে আমাদের দেশের পুরুষরা তাদের যৌবন শুরুর পর্যায়ে অতিরিক্ত পরিমান হস্তমৈথুন/ মাস্টারবেশন করা সহ বিভিন্ন ধরনের ভুলত্রুটি করে থাকে, যা পরবর্তীতে একজন পুরুষের মাঝে ব্যাপক আকারে যৌন দুর্বলতা সৃষ্টি করে । এছাড়া অতিরিক্ত সহবাস, পর্ণ মুভি দেখা, অতিরিক্ত যৌনতা নিয়ে চিন্তা করা, ঠিক মত খাওয়া-দাওয়া না করা, পর্যাপ্ত না ঘুমানো, অতিরিক্ত মানুষিক টেনশন করা, অতিরিক্ত পরিশ্রম করা, অতিরিক্ত সৌখিনতার সহিত জীবন-যাপন পালন করার ফলেও দেখা দিতে পারে যৌন দুর্বলতা নামক সমস্যা ।মপাশাপাশি অনেকের ক্ষেত্রে বিয়ে বহির্ভূত সহবাস এর সময় অনাকাঙ্ক্ষিত পরিবেশ পরিস্থিতি অথবা ঘটনার ফলে মনে ভীত সঞ্চারের মাধ্যমে পরবর্তীতে হতে পারে যৌন দুর্বলতা । এছাড়াও ডায়বেটিক্স, অতিরিক্ত মেদ-ভুঁড়ি, শারীরিক দুর্বলতা, সঙ্গীর প্রতি ভালোবাসার অভাব আপনার জীবনে যৌন দুর্বলতার জন্য দায়ী হতে পারে । অনেক সময় সাময়িক আনন্দের জন্য ভায়াগ্রা / ওয়ান টাইম ট্যাবলেটগুলো অথবা তথাকথিত ভুয়া ডাক্তারদের দেওয়া বিভিন্ন যৌনশক্তিবর্ধক ঔষধ সেবনের ফলে সারাজীবনের জন্য যৌন দুর্বলতা সৃষ্টি হতে পারে আপনার শরীরে ।

আমাদের দেশের পুরুষদের এই যৌন দুর্বলতার নামক প্রকট সমস্যা থেকে মুক্ত করতে হলে প্রথমেই প্রয়োজন যৌনতা বিষয়ক জ্ঞান সকলের মাঝে ছড়িয়ে দেয়া, সকলকে বুঝাতে হবে যৌনতা মানেই খারাপ নয়, যৌনতা মানেই লজ্জার নয়, সুস্থ সুন্দর ভাবে বাঁচতে হলে যৌনতা বিষয়ক জ্ঞানের প্রয়োজন অপরিহার্য, এই বিশেষ জ্ঞানের মাধ্যমে যৌনতার প্রয়োজন, যৌনশক্তি ধরে রাখার উপায়, অতিরিক্ত হস্তমৈথুন / মাস্টারবেশন করার কুফল, যৌবনের সময় করনীয় এবং বর্জনীয় সহ যৌনতা সম্পর্কে শিক্ষণীয় জ্ঞানের ব্যাবস্থা করতে হবে । এছাড়া প্রতিটি পুরুষের যৌন দুর্বলতা নামক এই সমস্যা থেকে নিজেকে মুক্ত রাখতে পর্যাপ্ত খাবার-দাবার গ্রহন, পর্যাপ্ত ঘুম, ব্যায়াম, মানুষিকভাবে উৎফুল্ল থাকা তথা স্বাভাবিক নিয়মে জীবন-যাপনের অভ্যাস করতে হবে । পাশাপাশি যৌন বিষয়ক অতিরিক্ত চিন্তা, অতিরিক্ত সহবাস, বিয়ে বহির্ভূত সহবাস থেকে নিজেদের মুক্ত রাখতে হবে । এছাড়া প্রত্যেক বাবা-মার উচিত তার সন্তানের যৌবন শুরুর পর্যায়ে শরীরের প্রতি বিশেষ যত্ন নেওয়া । এছাড়া সাময়িক আনন্দের জন্য ভায়াগ্রা / ওয়ান টাইম ট্যাবলেটগুলো সেবন থেকে অবশ্যই বিরত থাকতে হবে ।

JLF Moving Solutions Take Delivery of New Scania R320
… while their first Scania hits the 1½ million kilometres landmark
Keltruck, the largest independent Scania Distributor in Europe, has supplied a new Scania R320 to JLF Moving Solutions of Burntwood, Staffordshire. The truck is the fifth Scania truck to join their fleet, while the first – bought in 2001 – is still going strong and has recently surpassed 1½ million kilometres.
JLF Moving Solutions was started by brothers, John & Steve Lomas in 2009, with 35 years’ experience. The first vehicle they owned was a Ford Transit van. They now have 31 vehicles, including five Scania trucks, to help them with removals, homepack services, office removals, European removals, containerised storage, document storage and specialist services to the fire & flood industry.
Steve and John first bought a Scania truck in 2001 as they needed larger vehicles than the 7.5 tonne HGVs they were using. That truck, a P220 day cab fitted with ARZ sleeper pod for two people, has been serviced by Keltruck Willenhall for nearly 20 years and is still going strong with more than one and half million kilometres on the clock.
John Lomas, Company Director commented, “The first Scania truck we bought has been, and continues to be, a great truck for us. All our drivers like driving the Scanias – and this one in particular. Even Steve and I drive it from time to time.”
Their new Scania R320 high roof is the company’s first new generation Scania with the newly developed interior. JLF was able to customise their truck by adding a third seat to accommodate a full team of moving staff.
Keltruck has now been working with Steve and John for 18 years and has developed a great working relationship. All of JLF Moving Solutions’ Scania vehicles are serviced on long term repair and maintenance contracts, starting at 60 months and extending beyond that.
John Lomas continued, “The Scania trucks are excellent – a great drive and very robust – while the support we get from Keltruck is outstanding, both in terms of the buying process and the aftersales services.”

Builder Jim Lensveld built all the Solutions racers in commission and experimented a lot keep between of the continuously changing the rules of the 1/2 Ton Class.
There were yachts with top and 7/8 rigging, bulging in the bottom under the engine, inner ballast, open stern (transom), aft cabin, etc.
The aft cabin was used as storidge for 11 rails!
All the Solution (and the Exception) had a box in front to put in the second foresail for quick changing in the 2-leading headfoil.

A complete air and sea supply chain solution has been successful in winning the logistics contract for a new $US 50 million offshore oil drilling campaign in the Sudanese Red Sea. GPLN member Darka Shipping Agencies, a member of the Darka for Trading and Services group of companies based in Port Sudan, secured the contract with Red Sea Petroleum Operating Company (RSPOC) who will be working in Block 15 (Tokar Delta) section of the Red Sea. This is the first offshore oil drilling campaign in Sudan.
Darka Vice Chairman and Business Development Manager, Mohamed A.M. Osman, said contract negations were highly competitive. "A detailed and tailored solution was developed that met the very specific and complex needs of the client," Mr. Osman said.
He said a helicopter and two new specialist 2538 ton offshore supply vessels would provide around-the-clock logistics support to service a drilling rig located 70 nautical miles from Port Sudan for a period of six months. "A critical part of the work will be liaison between our company and the rig to ensure all air and sea transport movements operate smoothly and effectively in and out of the port area," said Mr. Osman.
The drilling assignment includes use of the West Prospero, which is currently working in block 15 in the Red Sea, was upgraded with high pressure, high temperature (HTHP) capabilities prior to moving to Sudan on a heavy lift vessel from Indonesia to Sudan through the Gulf of Aden. The Darka for Trading and Services group of companies has over 20 years experience in supply chain management.

Auschwitz- Birkenau Death Camp.
Auschwitz is probably one of the world’s most infamous places and no matter how much knowledge you may or may not have of history, nothing can prepare a person for the visit to such a place. The level of atrocities carried out are indescribable , the sadistic cruelty beyond comprehension by any reasonable individual. Initially established to house prisoners opposed to The Third Reich, Auschwitz was later the centre of the Nazis so called Final Solution of The Jewish Problem. At least one million, one hundred thousand people were murdered there, 90% were Jews from all over Europe. These people were herded together and transported in cattle wagons and shipped by rail to Auschwitz and Birkenau in the most inhumane conditions. Many never made it there.
Auschwitz was the original camp, a disused army barracks converted, this now houses the State Museum of Auschwitz with many harrowing exhibits of Nazi cruelty. It was here the SS tortured and starved prisoners and Dr Joseph Mengele carried out his experiments. Cyclone B was discovered here in an attempt to kill lice as this was becoming a problem as prisoners themselves and their conditions deteriorated. In experimenting with the chemical it was developed as a very quick and efficient way of killing humans by suffocation.
Birkenau is massive and was built as a killing factory. Seventy five per cent of arrivals were instantly condemned to death, by the flick of the finger of the SS Officer. These were gassed in the gas chambers built specially for this purpose. All children under fourteen and the infirm or disabled were immediately disposed of. The other twenty five per cent were the young and fit and they were put to work but three months was a long time to last. The diet had an intake of 1500 calories a day and the work was for fourteen hours a day, it didn’t take long just to starve to death, just three months for the young and strong.
No matter what a person’s political or religious views may be, nobody could be unaffected by a visit to Auschwitz- Birkenau and while it is important to pay respect to those who suffered, it is more important we never forget and insure this cannot happen again.

Crystal Cave is a tourist cave just southwest of the town of Spring Valley in northeastern Pierce County, western Wisconsin, USA. This is an uncommon example of a dolostone network cave, developed in Ordovician-aged Prairie du Chien Group sedimentary rocks.
The stratigraphic succession at Crystal Cave is:
- Willow River Dolomite (1st & 2nd levels of the cave)
- New Richmond Sandstone (a relatively thin interval here)
- Oneota Formation (3rd level/bottom level)
According to info. provided by Crystal Cave personnel, the travertine speleothem here is relatively young - <3000 years old, with most of it being <500 years old. Based on regrown broken speleothem from 1940s cave trail development, the speleothem growth rate here is estimated at about 1.5 inches per century.
Chert nodules and drusy quartz-lined cavities occur in the dolostone in places at Crystal Cave. Solution pockets are moderately common, which produce a moth-eaten appearance to the dolostone cave walls and ceilings. Larger rooms and passage intersections have apparent break-out domes developed in the ceiling. Cave passages are frequently developed along subvertical joints (see map - people.uwec.edu/jolhm/Cave2007/TeamC/TeamC/CrystalCave/Cr...).
Travertine speleothem occurs in some areas - principally dripstone (stalactites, stalagmites, columns) and flowstone. Some Crystal Cave travertine speleothem is fluorescent and even phosphorescent.
