Action shot. It works! No, really, it is moving.

Meade ED 127 refractor telescope, Meade 5x Barlow lens and Philips SPC 900NC webcam. A video clip was taken and the best frames processed in Registax 5.0 software to produce the final bitmap.

At this point, I couldn't see Gregg.

Neptune's mark on the street is 449 meters from the Sun; or 4.49 billion kilometers.

97% illuminated Moon, painted by its ows chemical composition: Mineral Moon tecnique is the saturation of colors that a reflex or other sensors can see! Red region are poor in iron, meanwhile blue ones are rich in titanium.

This image is a nine-panels mosaic captured by my monocromatic sensor QHY5L-II, each panels is the 15% of 3000 video frames. Colors are made by an average of six shots captured by a 550D Canon and elaborated in mineral moon tecnique.

April 29, 2009, Titan is faint in the upper right. 8" telescope at F/15. About 750 video frames captured with an IS video camera, stacked and processed with RegiStax.

This data is acquired from MissionJuno

The data received had already been separated in RGB channels.

However in Affinity Photo these photo were added with color channels for

and curve stretching for revealing more data.

Later this data was converted to bump map which enabled an even more enhanced view of the features. Most of the turbulence is clearly separated by this technique.

Hope you all like it.

Photo made from video frames stacked and processed with RegiStax. C8 telescope and 1.8X barlow. Around 10:30 pm PDT, seeing not very good.

Tiny Mercury has just passed greatest Eastern Elongation, even so it was still less than 10° above the horizon after sunset - making it very difficult to spot! 4 minute video with IR pass filter stacked in Registax.

Shot of Jupiter taken a few years back with my Rebel XTi and a 8" Dobsonian telescope.

Video frames stacked and processed with RegiStax. 12.5" F/4.8 Newtonian and 1.8X barlow. Very steady seeing. Moons left to right Ganymede, Europa, and Io.

I sharpened, (a lot), the previous photo using AVIStack. I prefer the less sharpened photo, it is more like the visual appearance.
