Originally taken with my Yashica FX-3 SLR film camera and a 85mm Zeiss lens, in the early 90's. I digitalized it sometime around 2003, I'm not sure when I played around with the wind smear. I know I used PhotoFiltre for cropping the face out of the original capture and the wind, I still use that software more than the other two I have. This is the daughter of a friend of ours and she has three kids of her own now. Dug this out from my achieves the other day after seeing a flickr friend posting some cool abstract stuff of her own. Since it was a film capture there was no EXIF Data so I just added the approx day and year I think I took it.
I updated software on a Raspberry Pi running Gentoo Linux. The computer running the display isn't a Raspberry Pi, but it also runs Gentoo. The Gentoo Linux distribution has a preference for building software from source code rather than getting pre-built binaries. This can be great for software developers, but it does make installs longer, especially on slower computers.
The right column is showing software to be built and the build options, and the left is showing the progress building the OpenSSL package.
This group of photos have all been put through a new software program. I think they have all come out OK.

Technically, Phoenix Pro Theater supports 12 video formats. It also supports vertical video playback plus video rotation and flip options. It is Full HD, 4K & 8K supported, making it future ready. The Auto resume option, remembers the last played scene and resumes playback from the last played position.
