Happy Caturday !
Quinn was 8 years old when he came to be with us. He had some preexisting conditions including dental and chronic renal issues. Our veterinarian was concerned that he was losing weight and prescribed a transdermal appetite stimulant that I apply to his ear once daily. Seeing him "attack" his food truly brings out a happy smile :-)
Allowed walk. So lucky to have this which is great for mental and physical health. #staysafe everyone

The Meadow pipit is the most common songbird in upland areas. Its high, piping call is a familiar sound. In flight it shows white outer tail feathers and in the breeding season it has a fluttering 'parachute' display flight. In winter, they are quite gregarious and gather in small flocks, often invisible among the vegetation, suddenly flying up with typical jerky flight.
Meadow pipit numbers in the UK have been declining since the mid-1970s, resulting in this species being included on the amber list of conservation concern.

Happy Sliders Sunday
From 400 feet (121 meters), I sure look small.....you can tell its late afternoon by the long shadow. This small island is ~9 soccer/football fields away from shore.
Special thanks to my friend Hanson Aerial Photography for this perspective. flic.kr/ps/3LZKfL
