Happy Fence Friday!
I guess if your hobby is fishing, or photography, doing things alone isn't too bad. Not being able to see my week old grandbaby is BAD! I was able to see her the day they came home from the hospital as I had gotten groceries for them. Since My husband came down with a cold a few days before, I've had to keep my distance as well. I haven't held her yet! I'm hoping all of you are staying well and managing all the uncertainties that are being thrown at us. Oh happy day.....I finally got toilet paper!
We moved last year and delighted in this screened-in porch that we hoped would become a summer hub for entertaining. Unfortunately, 2020's pandemic has kept the porch empty of people, but filled with wistful memories and fervent hope that better days are ahead. Here's hoping that you and yours are healthy and safe.

Drivers Photography
We create Character looks for Actors and Actresses to develop a diverse portfolio.
These Characters are then brought to life thru photo and video and tested in short films and demo reels.
It is at least easy for statues to maintain social distance. For the most of us it has been a bitter pill to swallow and a hard lesson to learn.

In my neighbourhood we all get out if we can, but we don't get close. These are some of my near neighbors, I have spoken to them and they are all very nice! The street I live on is very long in both directions so no one is in danger here, it is very quiet anyway.
Over time the squirrels have nearly ruined our front yard, my beautiful wife of 63 years put me to work.
Getting to old for this nonsense, wears the old man out. Anyway it is now seeded and time will tell the answer.
(The figures are only showing a few of the many) I just wanna say thank you deep from my heart to all the people who are doing their job right now during this very difficult time. There are so many doing lots of extra hours, so many who are in danger of getting infected with the Corona Virus while providing us with help, safety, food, medical treatment and so much more! March 31st and the world is upside down. I'm not so sure how I feel - I'm so proud of the people that have sacrificed daily for others during this crisis. I seriously never thought I would live through a time like this, where the order of the day is to strike fear into our lives every minute by the media - but we have a God greater then this fear. None of it makes sense right now but I trust.
Am I scared? "Ya" am I afraid? "Ya" but I trust. Do I pray daily "Ya" Does it feel like it changes things - no but I trust and have faith that it will. I don't have the answers but God is greater then all this - I trust and I pray. I pray for all of you - my heart goes out daily to you in hopes that our world will go back to normal but then what is normal. We are showing more kindness like right after 911 - why does it take tragedy to show us how to treat one another? I don't have any of these answers but what I do have is Jesus and He is enough.
Just got a tweet from this guy kayaking on the Rappahanock River after president trump just announced that social distancing will continue thru the end of April. May the force be with us.

I think social isolation, quarantine, lockdown, distancing, whatever you want to call it feels very lonely to those who are used to routines and being with others.
Out with the Nicca5L, and a roll of TMY2. I realize I am grateful for image capturing, seeing my colleagues pics on flickr. And I realize how tired I am of hatred, aversion, and anger. As a dad, a doctor, and avid film guy, I can only hope our collective photography can get us over the difficult times we all face. But do remember to speak up for those whose voices have been silenced, as the photo of the hand written sign notes.
A flock of Black Vultures decided to fly by last night as I was capturing moon shots. They seem to be abiding by the new social distancing guidelines.

Das war der beste Redner, den ich bisher bei den Coronaprotesten gehört habe. Druckreif und frei ohne Manuskript gesprochen. Logisch, sachlich und engagiert. Sein Hauptkritikpunkt waren die geplanten neuen Impfstoffe, die in die Genstruktur des Menschen eingreifen. Er sieht darin eine große Gefahr für die menschliche Evolution. Ich habe mich später noch mit ihm unterhalten, muss das aber erst noch verarbeiten und es würde hier auch zu weit führen.
That was the best speaker I've ever heard at the Corona Protests. Ready for print and spoken freely without manuscript. Logical, factual and dedicated. His main criticism was of the planned new vaccines that would intervene in the genetic structure of humans. He sees a great danger for human evolution. I talked to him later, but I have yet to process this and it would also go too far here.
