To me this almost looks like a pierogi but I know it's not, don't worry! LOL. Does anyone know what kind of sea creature it actually is?
My Orioles made it back to Missouri this week. I could tell they were the same ones from last year because they came to my kitchen window where I hang oranges and put out grape jelly - and I didn't have the feeders up yet but they knew where they should be.

Little snack cup of fruit for TinySprite including strawberry, grapes and cherries, plus tamagoyaki with chopped spinach, mozzarella cheese stick and sweet potato with nori tiger face.

This was the first day that this Northern Hawk Owl owlet had been out of the nest. It had somehow managed to make its way to the ground and later, clawed its way up this short, very thin tree. The mother flew in with a tasty Meadow Vole for her youngster. This photo was taken a few weeks ago, so by now, the owlet will be flying free, safe from predators.
Along Highway 89, somewhere south of Browning, Montana. I'd been dreaming of horse photos for days.... This encounter pretty well fulfilled my desires for the moment.

Been working from home for 2 days and finding myself snacking more than usual. Using chopsticks to eat my mini m&m’s because it just feels safer that way!
