Slworking.

On Wednesdays and Thursdays I have a morning adult class and then three hours later my regular childrens' classes. Whenever I can, I like to use that break as an opportunity of take a nap. I'm usually terrible at naps. Typically I just lie there. But there's something about our waiting room sofa that puts me straight to sleep. I'll have on a basketball game or Loveline or just my iPod playing music while I lie down, but most the time I'm asleep within ten minutes.

This is really my only opportunity for slacking at work. The rest of the time I'm in front of students. The best I can do then is have my browser open to Yahoo Sports and glance at the scores every now and then.

....I'm sitting at my desk! Of course I play with my cameras!

Brits pay approx double! - Why is that? WHY do we have to pay loads more than our American friends for exactly the same product?

I must not have a lot of slworking time on Fridays; I never think to get a pic. But I worked today, and managed to squeeze in a few moments of quality time with the desktop.

People start their Christmas vacation already? I had 22 calls up until 11:00. I haven't had a call in awhile..... Time to catch up on Digg and Flickr.

In stark contrast to the wildfires that recently ravaged the area near one of my contacts "SLWorking" home, here is a picture of a recently constructed snowman and very proud builder (not either of my sons). The first snowfall of the season was too crusty this morning but by mid-afternoon had melted enough to form the snowman.

Having a little fun at work.

just me slacking again..

Haven't had any customer offer to buy me anything yet.. but one on Saturday kept asking me questions like we were on a date. We were waiting for stuff to install or uninstall or something and he'd ask where I was and where I was from originally... I finally told him "I'm gonna have to let you go, that download is going to take a while and I have to get to the next customer'
