See and hear my Christmas light display live!

I've set up a live web cam that allows you to view my Christmas lights - which are synchronized to music. The display - with music and all is fully operational between the hours of 4:45 PM - 11:00 PM Pacific Time (PST) / 7:45 PM - 2:00 AM EST. A limited amount of lights remain on until about 12:30 AM PST. You can pan and tilt the camera as well as hear the music (prior to 11:00 PM PST).

Today FGR wants low key photos. I've done that a lot, but enjoy a challenge. So I decided to try to take one at work. Without a tripod. Eep!

The Big Boss™ busted it after lunchtime, leaving us minion to play. I noticed his office was very dark, so I think that'd be a good place for a low key photo featuring FUTAB. It became clear after this test shot that it wasn't going to work for a low key photo.

But at least it is a FUTAB. Yay!

Friday Slacker Golfing Club

Today FGR wants low key photos. I've done that a lot, but enjoy a challenge. So I decided to try to take one at work. Without a tripod. Eep!

This first attempt was going to be me and the fiddy getting a DHB shot. I wanted it to be me and the urinal (pictured). But as I was in the final stages of preparation, a dude walked in on me.

Quickly, I lowered the camera and turned to the urinal. I paused until he was next to me, then I did a fake shake and flushed the toilet. Then I went and washed my hands before making my escape.

I've never been so glad of that unwritten rule that men can't look at each other in the restroom. Had he looked, he'd have seen the camera. Ha!

Sharpened the background image. Used dodge tool to add some brightness to giraffe and foliage. Cropped out dinosaur using magic wand and eraser. Flipped it horizontally and used free transform to shrink to appropriate size. Sharpened the dinosaur to match background as best as possible.
