Week #32 : This picture of Brock was taken, specifically for the 52 weeks for Dogs Group. I am having so much trouble trying to come up with a new, fresh, creative way to photograph these boyz. I'm really lacking inspiration and ideas...

Technically: Regular kit lens, SB800 flash pointed straight to the sky (fill). Absolutely nothing special done here, other than hold a treat in front of his face (thus all the slobber). In photoshop only manipulation done was to blue his license.

Saxon is not physically injured but he was attacked by a Blue Heeler over the weekend :-(

Walking on lead along the right hand side of a road, no paths and no houses on that side, before I knew what was happening the heeler was half-way across the road towards us, from the left, and he was calmly but intently running at us, took Saxon around his ear, neck area (he had a lot of slobber, I kept checking for punctures, but haven't found any).

I was yelling, no-one around at all, and nothing around to stop this dog from keeping on at us. I pulled Saxon closer to me to stop him from fighting back, all the while yelling, it was scary, and I'm not one to normally be scared by other dogs, not like this anyway.

I don't know why it didn't persist, we were able to walk away slowly without it following.

I looked back to see him return to his front lawn.

I reported the incident to the council when I got home, because there's no physical injuries they can only just keep it on record, I'll be going and making a statement about the incident later this week.

It took 1/2 hour to get back home, almost got hit by a car that ran a red pedestrian light, and just as we got to our front gate another loose dog came running at us, I scrambled us inside the gate just in time. This dog was a big puppy and had no nasty intentions, and the owner was mortified, but still ...

Public Holiday Weekends, I think I'll stay home next time :-)

After this rare gray pigmy lovebear was done attacking me, and I wiped his slobber off my ankles, I invited him back to my camper for a drink.

You can tell by his expression that he has had enough beer for one night.

Then when he used that age old pickup line on me....

Once you had a bear that's gray,

forever you will want to stay.

Well I had to send him home after that.

Which car should I buy?

Which car should I buy?

Cars are like dogs. We want them to reflect our personality, but it’s more important that they fit our lifestyle. You wouldn’t keep a slobbering Labrador retriever in a two-room apartment—why keep a monster pickup when you have neither a purpose for...

all you have to do is pick her up and she turns into a drooling, slobbering fool.

Mmm I think that tie has had a bit of an influence on her... Charming manners Ahsoka!

… I may not live the life of a gun dog, I may not even like the sound of a gun but I assure you to be a game retrieving gun dog is in my bones, my nose just as sharp as that of my ancestors. I may be pretty & clean, I may have soft toys to keep me company and yes I do snuggle down with my dad for a cuddle when he comes home in the evening. These things do not make me a lesser dog, just a different one. I am every ounce just a special as your dogs, the difference is I love and respect my dad because he loves and respects me, your dogs respect of you is the just the fear of another beating!

Sophie

A colleague of mine always dismisses Sophie as a big lump of hair and slobber, good for nothing and certainly nothing in comparison to his working Collie's. He is from the school of beat the dog, make it fear you. Don't misunderstand he loves his dogs but he is also very hard on them, they are a tool to do a job, nothing more. He does not understand, that some dogs are very good at just being companions, part of the family, that is their job, not all dogs need to work the fields or the night shift. Sometimes though Sophie shows just where her breed comes from!

There was a bit of slobber involved.

Yellowstone National Park – if you want a vacation with your family? enjoy the natural beauty is still beautiful. if you want to slobber to a place with natural beauty, you should try to visit Yellowstone National Park. nasonal park Yellowstone is the oldest national park in the world. located in the United States. a lot of things you can see in this national park.

Covering plains and mountains along the border of the north, east, and west Yellowstone. The highest area in this place called the Eagle Peak, with a height of 3,462 meters in the Absaroka Range to the east.

Most of the Yellowstone plateau was created by a volcanic eruption about 600,000 years ago. A huge mass of molten rock still lie beneath the surface of the park. This rock, called magma, hot supplement for geysers and hot springs park. Yellowstone has more than 300 active geysers and hot springs thousands.

Government established in 1872. Yellowstone Yellowstone Naming refer to the yellow stone located along the Yellowstone River north of this park.

Yellowstone National Park is famous for its geysers and hot springs. The world famous geyser, Old Faithful Geyser, is here. Here also live grizzly bears, wolves, bison and elk. Many tourists visit this place to see wildlife and natural beauty.

Yellowstone also a volcano. Yellowstone is a volcano, and not just any volcano. The national park’s oldest and most famous in the United States sits squarely atop one of the largest volcano on Earth. Yellowstone’s volcano is still there. To a certain extent that is uncertain, the volcano is still very active.

There has never been a record in the history of mankind of a super volcano that erupted, but geologists have been able to predict what kind of eruption. First, a layer of hot rock rising from the bowels of the planet burst, melted rock that is right under the Earth’s crust, creating a giant tank filled with a pressurized mix of magma, semisolid rock, and dissolved water vapor, carbon dioxide, and other gases. Along with the magma accumulated in the reservoir within a period of thousands of years, the land above the reservoir begins to rise forming a dome a few centimeters tall. Various fracture was open along the edges of the dome, as if robbers sawing a hole from underneath the wooden floor. When the pressure in the magma chamber escape through the cracks-cracks, the dissolved gases exploded in reaction to the release of the giant. Like “opening the Coke bottle after you’ve shaken,” said Bob Christiansen, U.S. Geological Survey scientist who pioneered research on the Yellowstone volcano in the 1960s. Because of the magma chamber emptied, the surface collapses. The entire area of the dome collapsed into the planet, as if the earth swallowed itself. What remains is a giant caldera, from the Spanish word for “cauldron” or kettle.

You will be amazed by the uniqueness of the Yellowstone national park. you can see the caldera is so beautiful and great. so what are you waiting for? you should try and pay a visit to Yellowstone National Park. happy holidays to you and your family.

I don't care what anyone says about this breed. The ones I met today were loving and friendly, even with the slobber.

D. is very fond of bread. If you happen to have any, he's immediately interested in and he's gonna slobber all over. I give up.

A quick drink and a lot of slobber. Then he wanted petted, so much slobber.

A loving English Bulldog lays comfortably asleep, as she slobbers all over the floor.

This photo was taken in the Tsing Yi Park, Hong Kong.

It's fair to say that the dog protection netting we fitted to stop slobber running down the back seats of the car is not doing its job.

slobber, care of matea

So weird to see this photo dated uploaded on Jan 1, 2010. It'll take me at least two months to learn how to write that, haha. Happy New Year everyone!

Our dogs have both been trained to be very obediant around food. As the dog slobber shows, she was desperate to get stuck in, but still waited for the command. Good dog!
