Restaurant "100 sacks of rice"
This restaurant focuses on Rice and Rice wines (Japanese Wine) of Niigata.
Such restaurants are rare even in NIigata, a biggest production base of rice in Japan.

I went for a literal interpretation of focus for this one - lots of colour and some things in, and others out, of focus.

The path the tree stands in is the the old Formatine & Buchan Railway path just a few minutes North of Newmachar.
Three egg whites and one whole egg. Salsa, one slice of rye toast with olive oil. A sliced orange and a small glass of orange juice.
The eggs tastes better than just egg whites alone. Interestingly, the eggs tastes better with three of the yolks removed. They were lighter. I should have gone with blueberry juice. Seeing it now, I think I'm getting too much yellow in my diet.
Notice I used a very small plate. I could barely fit the food on it.
My grandpa got a bunch of sashimi so we had it for dinner one Sunday. This is my brother slicing the fish. What kind was it?
