Like almost all packaging at this time the bag for tangerines is plastic. Additionally it's a mesh I suppose to allow air circulation and conserve material. I haven't found a secondary use for these bags so they get tossed out immediately.
I had other ideas like this picture but it would probably be a stretch to get it to properly fit the theme.
HMM everyone and as always thank you for any views, faves and comments.
My attempt at the "Macro Mondays" theme "Single Use".

Macro Mondays: "Single Use" theme
It's a top-down view of a partly used roll of paper towels in a vertical holder.
(The "Single Use" theme refers to "something that is intended to be used only once, or for a very short time, before being thrown away," and paper towels fit that definition.)

Macro Mondays: Single use
Empty 30ml Irrigation Solution tube for wounds plus Bandage & Bandaid wrappers.
A photo for today's Macro Mondays' theme "Single use", an Old Mout cider bottle top (highly recommend the kiwi & lime and pineapple & raspberry flavours; yum!).
When I decided to photograph this cap, I imagined a high-key, minimalist feel, but it seemed to fit a more grungy low-key-white feel.
I wonder if anyone photographs this type of shot in the same disorganized manner as I tend to do, with the set-up evolving in the most disorganized and amusing manner, and a huge mess of random 'props' to put away at the end of the shoot! This shot ended up involving a small piece of kitchen roll rolled up behind the bottle cap to balance it inside the white plastic toothbrush holder, which was precariously balanced on top of a random jar, lit by a head torch fastened to a tall bottle of olive oil, and I 'stabilized' my camera on a tin of biscuits!
Macro Mondays: "Single Use"
I used a flashlight to get the highligths on the rims of the straws.
The image is about 5 cm (2 inches) on the long edge.
Single Use~Macro Mondays. Cellophane, behind also a single use item. PCP test for home or office. HMM, hope not too much reality for a Monday! Indoor lighting, multiple sources. Not my test!
An egg shell, now broken. It's single use (storing the egg white and yolk) came to an end when our Sunday breakfast was prepared.
Illumination: window light.

Single use for Macro Mondays
Always knew my collection of wine corks would come in useful.
Shot using Zuiko 50mm lens with Makinkon x 2 converter.
… and yet it turned out to be a challenge for me, to capture them in a somewhat interesting way.
