Super quick post today of a super quick edit I did one of my waterfall images for a client.
I spent very little time processing this shot – white balance and contrast is about it – and actually really like how natural the scene looks.

Nothing is more wonderful that watching a sunset settle over water. Add in the ducks and simplicity and beauty at it's finest!!!

The simplicity does appeal to me.
I know that there are many images like this on Flickr, but I ask you to contemplate if beauty can ever truly be redundant (or "cliché", as some like to call it)? Would love your thoughts on that question.

This piece of ice rock disappeared into the ocean after a few minutes on shore. It is a reminiscent of life. Our time here is just a short stopover and then we move on.
I am not used to taken such abstract/minimalist photos - what do you guys think? Is less really more? ;)

The theme for this week for the T189 52 week alphabet challenge was diffused glow, although I did not use the PSE filter, I thought the light shining through the snow drops in my garden today fitted the theme perfectly.
Simplicity is the best way to express yourself.
