I like the way the bushes behind the rock look.....a radiating effect.
Located at the south east end of North Gateway Rock is a small 15ft X 20ft boulder. More than 600 names have been found carved in this sandstone rock, many of them are of historic origin, some dating back to 1858. No new engraving of names is allowed.
These images are those that were designed into the shape of the seal the name.

New Yorkers assembled to call on the world leaders to increase access to sanitation and safe drinking water with the international organization WaterAid on September 24th, 2013 In New York City.
Lack of water and sanitation kills more than 700,000 children each year and costs developing countries $260 billion. One in ten lack access to water and one in three do not have a toilet.
WaterAid is the leading international organization working to improve access to safe water, hygiene and sanitation. A petition with more than one million signatures will be presented to the UN as part of a day-long High Level Forum on the Millennium Development Goals on Monday. The petition was created by the End Water Poverty campaign coalition and signatures were gathered across the globe including Africa and South Asia, two regions that have some of the lowest levels of access to sanitation and water.
