Am 7. September 2014 war der ATB mit seinen historischen Bussen als Verstärkerbussen auf den Omnibuslinien „M45“ (zum „Tag der offenen Tür“ der Polizeidirektion 2) und „134“ (zum Flugplatzfest des Militärhistorischen Museums der Bundeswehr) als Autobuslinien „54 E“ bzw. „34 E“ geschildert unterwegs und hatte zusätzlich den Shuttleverkehr vom DTMB zur Depothalle des DTMB zu erbringen. Auf der letzten Linie war diesmal „Hugo“ des DVN im Einsatz.

Watching the shuttle drive up the road through the canyon from the trial. Just a great view on morning hike.

Putting decals on Abe, our dog daycare shuttle bus, feels a little like taking your best friend to the tattoo shop.
Abe came with 2 little decals, you know, like the ones that you did while you were in high school, but now that he's getting covered with them it makes me wonder if I should take him to the Tattoo show next year, you know, for inspiration.

Seventy-year old airport shuttlebus! Ngpali, Burma (Myanmar) November 2012. This bus started life as a Canadian-built 4X4 truck which arrived in Burma with the British Army in WW2. Following the cessation of hostilities it remained in the country and was eventually converted into a bus. Currently in use ferrying passengers from Thandwe airport to the beach resort hotels in Ngpali on the Bay of Bengal! Ironically it is now powered by a Japanese Mitsubishi engine!

If you want to move to/from terminal F from/to any of the other terminals at PHL, you need to take a shuttle bus. This bus drives an interesting route, which takes it very close to some of the planes. Occasionally it will have to wait for planes or (fuel) trucks to move by.
