Am 7. September 2014 war der ATB mit seinen historischen Bussen als Verstärkerbussen auf den Omnibuslinien „M45“ (zum „Tag der offenen Tür“ der Polizeidirektion 2) und „134“ (zum Flugplatzfest des Militärhistorischen Museums der Bundeswehr) als Autobuslinien „54 E“ bzw. „34 E“ geschildert unterwegs und hatte zusätzlich den Shuttleverkehr vom DTMB zur Depothalle des DTMB zu erbringen. Auf der letzten Linie war diesmal „Hugo“ des DVN im Einsatz.

Anläßlicher von verschiedenen Veranstaltungen an der Herforder Kiewiese verkehrt ein Shuttlebus ausgehend vom Marta Richtung Kiewiese und zurück.
Although the shuttle bus driver is not required to provide narration, ours did. In a funny, deep, monotone voice he did a great job identifying landmarks and spotting wildlife along the way. He stopped the bus often for wildlife viewing, photo ops, and, of course, rest stops.

This is the Lothian Street side of Bristo Square in Edinburgh’s Southside and at the heart of the University of Edinburgh’s central campus. In the foreground is one of Transport for Edinburgh’s Just Eat Cycles docking stations. When the scheme was initially rolled out in September 2018, many of the first docking stations were on campus or in other areas likely to be popular with students. Beyond the bikes at one of the two bus stops is Lothian 699 working the University shuttle between Bristo Square and the Science and Engineering campus at The King’s Buildings (located a couple of miles south of the city centre). This is is a private service for staff and students of the University of Edinburgh and operated under contract by Lothian Buses. The cobalt blue Pashley bikes are named as well as numbered - thus on the left are Macduff and Mikey or Mickey. Another Lothian Bus on a southbound Service 27 can be seen disappearing on the far left along Teviot Place.
UPDATE: The University shuttle has been operated by Lothian Motorcoaches since Sept 2019.

Dublin Bus 'AV407' arrives into the tranquil bus only sterile area on the N2 heading south along the N2. Heading north is a vehicle deployed by the transport management team and a Garda Ford transit heading south to rescue yet more traffic stranded buses south of the bus priority area.
I board the car rental shuttle bus, a Ford Transit 9 seater hi-roof. The driver has loaded my suitcase in the rear and asks if its OK to wait a short time for another customer. I agree.
This part of the airport is covered by the above arrivals road. Useful in the summer months.
I notice my reflection in the mirrored glass of the terminal.
The driver stands at the rear and looks at his phone.
