SALTARE means 'Dance' in Latin, and I could not think of a better word to describe the swirling movement of those clouds that morning as they swayed and twirled before my eyes.

Day seven.
Went out to a park with Maks and Johntran. Each had ourselves a personal. Afterwards, we went over to Carlos Bee park, took some photos of Johntran's new Infiniti. After that, we met up with Farah and Jose and took an adventure into the creeks.
Cool day.
Built on a rock on the short of Lake Geneva. Chillion once served as a Castle and Fortress. The castle, also known as " Chateau de Chillion" was made famous by the poem " The Prisoner of Chillion" written by Lord Bryon in 1816.

I am quite pleased with this one, because it is straight from camera, and I quite like the framing...
I'm tryin' to pull him off, you know, my friend that's all over me! I've got blood and everything and I'm tryin' to hold him together! I'm puttin'... the guy's fuckin' insides keep coming out! And nobody would help! Nobody would help! He's saying, sayin' "I wanna go home! I wanna go home!" He keeps calling my name! "I wanna go home, Johnny! I wanna drive my Chevy!" I said "With what? I can't find your fuckin' legs! I can't find your legs!"
Found a picture of an early Woody with my first shutter release so cropped it out just to complete my collection of release mechanisms. Lost the link to the original design (found on the web).
Had problems with this one because the head kept sliding about on the shiny plastic (should have used some Blu-tak!). It also kept binding up, but I suspect that was because of my poor programming.
As with the later 'linear actuator' - I was always worried that excessive force would push the top of the shutter button off the camera - especially when it kept going wrong!

Thanet offshore windfarm was officially opened on September 23rd 2010 and was for a time, the largest offshore windfarm project in the world. The eight lines of turbines, one hundred of them in total, run north-west to south-east, covering a total area of 35sq km off Foreness Point near Margate. Each turbine is 115 metres high with 44-metre blades, and the project cost between £780-900million

This is the closeup version of a digital image of a Serious Photography Couple at Bodie ghost town. Image captured while I was photographing a few fellow tourists actively taking pictures. Since these two were wearing sunglasses, I did not see that their eyes were pointed in my direction rather than at their cameras. I was not close to these people and this was a followup to a wide angle photo that included the truck they were shooting; the same truck, taken from a different angle, published in the next slide. I thought I was out of their target image, but maybe not.
I like the shutter release on the man's Pentax camera. Almost reminds me of the old film days - except for the molded design of the camera body.

Vex bumper buttons on acrylic used to remote (wire) trigger canon camera shutter. 13 Second exposure lit with flashlight
The Phottix Plato wireless shutter release has some interesting features not found in the Cleon and Cleon II that make it particularly appealing:
-2.4GHz RF communication (supposedly less prone to interference)
-bi-directional communication
-uses AAA batteries
I have published a detailed review (with more photos) of this remote on my blog.
Since Sony doesn't sell a native shutter release for the NEX3, I went with this physical hardware combo: mechanical shutter release from EZFoto via Amazon and compact shutter release bracket from SRB-Griturn.
