She was found when she was a little hungry kitten walking alone in the streets.

如果你多走幾步路,繞到書店的後方,

你就會看見她.

Created for Miss Art's Papercrafting School with the January 2012 kit, Vinnie's Vignette. I embellished a 7gypsies mini album with flowers, buttons, and papers from the kit. I also added texture to many of the pages with a Crafter's Workshop template (included in the kit).

Two young Gemsbok, also known as the Oryx are testing their strength for what may later be a contest to become the dominant male. Gemsbok live in herds of 20-30 animals in which only the dominant male breeds. They are well adapted for arid conditions and can survive for weeks without water.

One of two views of Willow, a truly charming service dog. Her human is a performer of folk music & Willow is, often, on stage. The two of them frequently coordinate their outfits. Here, Willow is decked out for Halloween, with hair ribbons & orange nail polish. She is a gentle lady.

SHE WAS ASKING FOR IT: GETTING DRESSED AFTER SEXUAL ASSAULT

CURATED BY LAURA JANE KENNY

She Was Asking For It is an exhibition that considers how women who’ve experienced sexual assault display their identity through clothing. On display are outfits from the closets of six New York City survivors. Viewers can observe the diversity of each survivor’s approach to sharing their identity and personal style while eschewing vulnerability. This exhibition directs the attention of the viewer to think of life after assault, about each day, when these women wake up and decide what to wear.

This exhibition was on view at Judson Memorial Church in New York City in May, 2015.
