At first I didn’t understand the phenomenon surrounding the mini series Sherlock. But it did awaken my curiosity, so I went out to get the DVDs. Well, I am a tad later than almost everyone in the world, but let me just say … as of now, I am irrevocably SHER-LOCKED!
This Mixed Media Book Necklace was inspired particularly by the episode called “A Scandal in Belgravia”. This piece combines antique brass findings, faceted glass beads, shell pearls, Petrified Wood beads, Pyrite stones, brass chains, 16/18/20 gauge wires, paper, resin, lace, rawhide, and a handmade miniature book. The cover of the book is leather and the pages within are coffee stained.
** the long necklace is 30 inches in circumference, whilst the choker neckpiece is 15 inches in circumference. Both can be worn separately (see image)
** the book measures approx. 1.5 (W) x 2 (H) x 0.75 (T) inches and has 156 writable pages. Pages are coffee stained.

Finally she's clean and perfect :D I took my time to do her because even if she was quite clean I had to work a lot on her
Her hair was kind of hard to do because of her wings and I didn't wanted to remove her head so I had to do with it, I'm quite happy with the result when you know how hard it was to redo lol
Her body was covered with some marks of paint, several colors but nail polish remover was here for that ^^
I love Fairytopia dolls, I'm so happy I can complete my collection step by step
I just need her skirt now
Somebody knows how I can repair her wings? Because her system is still working and the glitters are still in them too but water dried so it can't work anymore, any tips on how I can put water back in it ?
These photos were taken Sunday, week one of the Texas Renaissance Festival. The temperatures never got out of the low 60's making for a cool opening weekend. I have more photos on my website at michaelfalgoust.com.
This little girl has more energy then the other three puppies combined. Downey literally never stops moving. Even after running and playing for over an hour, she still will not sit still to be petted and never stops moving long enough to do her "business". She is also very dominant and started fights with both Bella and Dozer today. I worry about her future. She sure is pretty but will anyone put up with all her issues? I sure hope so.
A Woman From The Audience Joins In! Every year the Montreal Jazz Festival has a parade, which is perfomed daily and this year was this Brazilian dance/music troupe, Zuruba. They had some great dancers and musicians.
Ya casi ha terminado este primer año de aventura y exploración por ese mundo nuevo que llaman "Universidad". Yo no sabía muy bien cómo iba a ser, lo que sé es que se avecinaba una nueva etapa en mi vida...
Lo mejor de esta primera experiencia ha sido conocer a esta chica morena preciosa, inteligente, simpática y con un toque de loca y de boba, aquella que sus viajes en coche se convertían en ganas de fiesta, que los paseos hacían que me olvidara de todo, en los que sólo había lugar para la risa.
Este año ella ha sido la que me ha acompañado todos los días, la que escucha mis impertinencias, me da su hombro para llorar, aguanta mis malos humores y comparte los buenos momentos.
Y sinceramente, se merece un premio, porque ser amiga de una loca, bipolar, enterada y a veces antipática como yo no es nada fácil....
Y bueno, ya casi casi que estamos a vísperas de su cumpleaños, y quería darle las felicidades, no porque se haga mayor, sino por regalarme una sonrisa cada día, por hacer que la tortura de ir a clase se haga menos dura, por quererme y por pasar tiempo conmigo.
Y que me alegro de haberte conocido, Estefa. Te quiero mucho.
