Fishing knife sharpener of T0812C suits for most fish knife patterns, the sharpener allows the angler to touch up knives that have been damaged or blunted knives during the incision of a fish or in general use.
The v-slot design is aim to feature a coarse knife blade repeate with a smooth finish and removing finer imperfections.
Both sides are also channelled to allow the point to be recessed and honed around the front edge and sides and the v-slot is set into a durable, easy grip rubberised handle.

Sharpening Instruction
1. When sharpening, hold the sharpener with your fingers firmly, the other hand hold fish knife and keep it shuttle on the v-slot exactly
2.Make an effort slightly to pull the knife, repeat several times for fine sharpening.

The trailer of the bush knife and saw sharpener. He towed it with an old David Brown tractor. He slept in the trailer and made his living travelling round thousands of square kilometres sharpening things. Notice his "office" is just a tin stuck on the side of the trailer. A display in the National museum of Australia.

This particular sharpener has been in use for quite some time, and it still yields a razor sharp point on this 3B Mitsubishi Unistar graphite pencil. Perfect accessory for my priced Mitsubishi Hi-Uni and Tombow Mono 100 pencils. Blog entry.

This is my knife sharpener. I bought it years ago for a few quid in some department store or other, and it's kept my knives sharp satisfactorily ever since.
Well, until one or more of my IDIOT HOUSEMATES managed to lose my lovely cook's knife a few weeks ago. I haven't had the urge to sharpen anything since then.

Another photo I have been meaning to add to my photo portfolio. At the local art store I bought a couple of different pencil sharpeners (i.e., single and double), and ended up choosing the double for this take on “zipping-up” colored pencils.
