Dweezil is a VERY VERY VERY bad dog! Sharkweek (Basil) has decided that I am not allowed to sleep (even on my one day of a week) and woke me up at 3:30 and didn't really let me get back to bed. So at 6:45 we all went out side and then at 8:30 all hell broke loose!

Dweezil led a 4 and 1/2 dog revolt and slipped under the fence causing me to run down the street screaming carrying a puppy and screaming at the top of my lungs in hot pink pajama pants no less! Then to keep from killing him (it was very close trust me on this one) I then went and took out my frustration on the lawn. My lawn mower then proceeded to bite my finger and split it between the side and nail, punch me in the chin (bone bruised yay...) and then I cut oipen my leg on a piece of tin. It was awful and I didn't become person again until MUCH MUCH later in the day. It took a kids movie (Despicable Me - totally great movie) and then a lovely dinner at my favorite restaurant to even come close.

My facebook status still says I hate dogs...

5 teams of middle school students showed off what they know about sharks during this friendly “Jeopardy”-style game. We took our questions from the Top 100 Shark Facts on the Shark Week page at discovery.com and the 30 competitors had really studied as it was a close game with lots of knowledge shared and learned about sharks.

Todd has better photos of the incident.

Happy April Fools Clivins! Remember, Live every week like it's shark week! And "The sea man - don't go in there!"

"Camp Kuleshov" is a competition in NYC, CHI and LA between assistant editors. They are given a film and asked to edit a trailer for the movie taking it from its original genre into another genre. Caleb Hepler's "Shark Song" took first place.
