The Sun moves through the sky and changes how we see things all the time. The Iris is sharing beautifully shaded areas because where the Sun is in the sky during this photo. And hour from when the photo was taken the Iris would have looked different from this particular capture. Nature is beautiful and fragile and also ultra generous in how much she gives us daily. Take the time often to enjoy Nature and give praise for her generosity. Gratitude and Kindness need to be a large part of our personal profile. Cold and sunny winter day in a bog. There were lots of tracks of different animals but only some birds were visible.
It's not necessary easy to photograph a beautiful winter landscape as snow has swallowed all the colours and details. Here the setting sun provided some contrast with light and shadows.
