Testing my new umbrella + swivel head and light stand...unfortunately home alone...it would have been better trying out with someone rather than with an object...
part of my ableton live set for CDM music group. you can see that the tracks are color coded. i used sticky notes of the same colors stuck to my bcf2000 to keep the channels organized.
the songs are all sorted by bpm which is typed in just for reference over on the right. this set (my main one) ranges from 95 bpm to about 150. so it is easy to tap tempo and mix from another djs set.
i typically will play through an entire song but add a looped drum part (either heavy steady kick, or high hat/snare part) into it. in moderation of course! for kind of on-the-fly remixes. there are also a few songs i have mapped acapellas for (not fun) and will actually do on-the-fly remixes, adding/dropping beats etc. its really fun which is my whole goal. i like to play stupid fun music that i like. ace of base? and refuse to play crap i dont like. MIA?
the boxes in white are my remixes which where made separately in arrangement view. you can listen to some of them at www.myspace.com/wearea2dt
thanks!

ART Philippines. Juan Gatbonton, Jeannie Javelosa,
et. al (eds.). The Crucible Workshop, 1992, p. 94.
From the Alfonso T. Ongpin Collection
Jose Pereira is one of the pre-war painters who produced genre works during the first quarter of the century. He took up painting at the UP School of Fine Arts from 1923-25. A friend of the art patron Alfonso Ongpin, Pereira was among the staff of the Philippines Free Press and became its chief artist later on, producing a weekly cartoon for the publication, but left due to tuberculosis in 1938. His style is marked by bold washes and dramatic atmosphere, as seen in this 1930 work titled Botocan, with a note to Ongpin.
Pereira’s works are noted to be reminiscent of Fernando Amorsolo’s style, specifically the master artist’s backlighting techniques. However, what sets his works apart from Amorsolo’s pieces is his “sweeter” color palette that reveals his penchant for orange hues mixed with pink. In this work, viewers are led to a simpler time in an idyllic landscape through rich impastos and dazzling colors of nature.

Beautiful and one of a kind. This is a lovely set for yourself or makes a great gift. It includes 5 pieces...the sake carafe and 4 cups. It is made out of stoneware clay and is oven, microwave (warm sake), dishwasher and food safe. All the pieces are wheel thrown and hand altered, bisque fired and glaze fired. It is not very big, but a great addition to your sushi table setting. Your guests will be impressed! The carafe is 5.5in tall by 2-3in wide. The cups are each unique and measure approximately 1.5in by 1.5in. 10% of all MAKUstudio's sales go to Free Arts of AZ which helps heal children and their families through art.

Located on the Hotel Floor, the section of the ship containing the sleeping/living accommodations. This area is comprised of 16 cabins, each with a bunk bed, desk, closet space, and access to either a private or shared bathroom. Due to the round-the-clock work schedules of crewmembers and scientists aboard the Lake Guardian, one must remain quiet on the hotel floor at all times and avoid slamming doors or making loud noises to respect individuals that may be sleeping when off duty.
