This crappy plastic abomination was my introduction to the game of go. Compared to a traditional "proper" go set it does have a few advantages: light weight, can be used as 4 separate 9x9 boards, water proof, no worries if lost or stolen.

Water Set wedding present to Silas S. Capps and Nancy Sirelda Johnston Capps 31 Oct 1894. Butterfly and Fern pattern.
Initially set up with the objective of chartering vessels for completing in-house ore and coal shipments, the change in government policy during recent years with respect to iron ore mining and shipments resulted in the idling and large scale availability of vessels. www.frostinternational.in/our_business_trading5.html
Having just this minute finished photographing the whole assembly, brick by brick, and then detail shots I thought I would get just 2x shots up prior to uploading the assembly video here and in youtube. ( in a few days time !)

4. Battery voltage;
5. Engine hours run.
Note:
1. The engine coolant temperature used temperature meter display;
2. The engine oil pressure used oil pressure meter display;
3. Generator current used current meter display and used change switch for each phase displayed separately

I passed these stones, on the outskirts of Huntly - Aberdeenshire, one day while returning home from work and knew that it would make good shots some day and today was that day! Got some good B&W captures and some colour ones as well. I'll put some more on soon!
Looked on the map to see if these stones had local names or history to them but can't find anything about them. Maybe someone from the Huntly area will have some more info I could add?
