That HDMI cable is fancy, but it's also way too big and rigid. Not comfortable with how it's twisting now... I'll swap it for a smaller one later.

I know its a dell, shut it.

finally, after two years of collecting parts, I'm building server number two this weekend.

...and Bates helps me with it! ^_^

This is my server at the department. A FC4 GNU/Linux System.

Windows Server 2003 corriendo sobre VMware instalado en Ubuntu Linux 5.04.

Im making a server and from now it looks nice.

I don't know when i will come online.

If u wanna join,i will announce the launch date.

on the 4th floor was located the server room, they took some dismantling as they were rather large and this room had 10 of them,we soon chopped them up into lift size peices and all that remains were these cables under the floor, call for the cable guy :)

The cables that run overhead all go back to our office servers in back.

My server had a little planned downtime, my server had to move to another rack and in the meantime I could swap some memory-modules... I also smuggled this C64 I just bought(!) inside the datacenter, but I couldn't fit it inside the rack... I'll mount some rails to it and take it back to the datacenter! :-)

This part is interesting. The grating is plastic, and underneath it you can access the motherboard's IO panel. There's a hole at the back that routes the cables to the IO panel.

It's like how you route cables through a hole in the back of a TV stand to get to the DVD player.
