A tougher day today - blue sky start before cloud rolled in. Gave me a chance of something atmospheric as the "tree" this evening

Just another seed pod in the lotus pond, but it just looked like a screwed up, unhappy face, and I somehow thought of ET. (Someone else suggested "Seventeen Eyed Monster) I really like the texture of the face, and the details of the seeds.

Playing with Photoshop, I created a three deer tattoo on the bison.

It is rough, but only took about 5 minutes to do,

I spotted this Red Shouldered Hawk in my neighbor's tree today. He was perched on a limb only 25 feet from the back door. I captured over 300 images as he preened himself. This was an unusual pose that exposed both his tail and wing feathers.
