An individual had attempted to gain access to Camp Hansen April 23 without showing proper identification. Shimabukuro immediately contacted the Camp Hansen Provost Marshal’s Office and provided a detailed vehicle description and direction of travel, guaranteeing the safety and security of the 6,000 personnel stationed at Camp Hansen. Lewallen is the camp commander of Camp Hansen and commanding officer of III Marine Expeditionary Force Headquarters Group, III MEF. I don’t know why but when I saw this guy, something made me feel for him, maybe he enjoys what he does for all I know, but at that moment I saw a picture of someone for whom life hadn’t gone the way he wanted it to.
Childhood dreams of greater adventures that never went beyond the playground. It seems that could apply to many people only with a thicker veneer of happiness and satisfaction, but for this man, he doesn't hide it.
What at first might seem a whimsical photo, starts to become painful on reflection, or maybe I’m just reading too much into it.

This is who's hands our safety is in this plaza, these two fuckin jamokes. The one on the right I started at for probably 5 minutes and still could not tell you if it was a boy or a girl, but I could tell you regardless, I'd most likely fuck it. All the hire at this place is either really overweight women, or hopelessly petite women, or like 80 year old men. Wonderful, thank god. I feel so safe.
