The event featured a keynote address from Under Secretary of State for Arms Control and International Security Rose Gottemoeller and introductory remarks from Ambassador Lincoln P. Bloomfield, Jr – former Assistant Secretary of State for Political-Military Affairs and current Chairman of the Stimson Board of Directors. A panel discussion followed. The event was also joined by Puneet Talwar, Assistant Secretary for Political-Military Affairs.
