View from the harbour in Scheveningen while the sun briefly lights up the pier and lighthouse on it.
A recent tour to Karachi Coastal area enabled me to enjoy and capture some amazing sea view like never before. Hope you will enjoy it too.
Something requested by a friend of mines, the Seaview Submarine. Now I really know nothing of the series as its before my time but I really tried my best to create it as well as I could through pictures acquired through Google searches. Standing about 130 meters in length at around 300 primitives, I say its on of my best works in terms of things you can actually go inside of. However, the lowest level and the two levels in that middle part (yes I know nothing of submarine lingo and whatnot) are a little tricky to navigate in as they are considerably tight spaces. Always a flaw somewhere in my creations -.-;

Zeezicht vanaf de boulevard in Scheveningen. Daken van strandpaviljoens ontnemen je soms het zicht.
Amandy Babbedge. Daughter of Reuben & Eliza (Gregory) Smith, wife of Alvah Babbidge. Age 71 years, 7 months, 15 days. Date of birth on death record is January 21, 1839. Seaview Cemetery, Rockland, Maine
It had rained cats and dogs the day before, so this scene looks more Louisiana bayou than Pacific Northwest.
When this beauty was built, Seaview was popular with Portland's old-money set. To get there, people would take the overnight sternwheeler from Portland to the fishing port of Ilwaco, Washington, then take the steam train from Ilwaco to Seaview.
Families would stay for the summer, though the men would go back and forth to Portland during the week.
