This is such an awesome truth and another part of His gift that we celebrate during Christmas! He came and we have life through Him! -

Through Jesus' birth, life, death and resurrection we have the opportunity to be adopted as son's and daughters of God when we receive His free gift of salvation!! -

No matter what your earthly father was or is like, God is The Perfect Father Who loves you completely and unconditionally! -

Here are two encouragements from God's Word for you about your adoption! -

"But when the fullness of time had come, God sent forth his Son, born of woman, born under the law, to redeem those who were under the law, so that we might receive adoption as sons. And because you are sons, God has sent the Spirit of his Son into our hearts, crying, "Abba! Father!" So you are no longer a slave, but a son, and if a son, then an heir through God." -Galatians 4:4‭-‬7 ESV

"he predestined us for adoption to himself as sons through Jesus Christ, according to the purpose of his will, to the praise of his glorious grace, with which he has blessed us in the Beloved." -Ephesians 1:5‭-‬6 ESV

Douglas Monroe Stahlman carved numerous rocks with biblical scripture and other musings in this part of Jefferson County between 1911 and 1913. Many have been documented and preserved in this park.

Longshan Temple is the oldest temple in Taiwan, though only the stones in the floor are original. It is also one of the busiest temples. Toward the front of the temple (near the entrance), I found these women reading, presumably scriptures.
