Mounted on black paper, tied with purple ribbon (manufacturer unknown) then mounted on Lime card base. Message from CL139 Birthday Messages stamped on lime card & cut with label die by Spellbinders. Mounted on black paper then on card with pop dots. Embellished with HA smooth clear gems (coloured with orange sharpie marker). TFL!
