Just something I have been making in spare time.. Each features a scene or item.... They are for sale but... I just do them for pleasure mostly.

Hello! I got around to rendering another scene! This one took me about three days to pose, and I gotta say, turned out pretty nice! I actually only used three area lights in this scene, and the others are a result of blackbody nodes! I really liked the way the lights look I hope you enjoy! Also the meaning of the render... seeing the best in the worst of situations... Enjoy!

Naples is big on its nativity scenes, even in February, when we were this. This was the biggest one we saw though. It was in the cloisters of santa chiara
for FF, movie scene. I was trying to do a Wendy shot. And I think I failed at it. It looks fake. This is probably the hardest shot I've ever tried. I couldn't get the cam to point right. I get bits of me cut off all the time. Either that or it gets really shaky.
Not good seen big. lol
In the morning sunlight, a lovely Russian maiden with golden hair and blue eyes poses gracefully by a step, her hair shining like gold strands. The expansive green foliage behind her brightly in the warm, sunny light.
JANRAM the movie is now long gone, and DVD version was cut to little pieces in oversea market. Also banned in Singapore & Malaysia for lesbian contents. (schoolgirl tongue kissing and stuff)
Soundtrack in original film is horrible, don't know how bad it is in oversea version, probably as bad.. However, it was beautifully photographed. Too bad that NIEPCE House doesn't hold rights to re-cut the film, otherwise this could have been a really good one.
NATNALIN publishing may have a plan to print JANRAM in fictional version with series of new photographs. But still no confirmation at this time. Fictional version is somewhat different from the film, focusing on different characters, and Janram is not really a person - rather reflection or imagination..But fictional version is even bloodier than the film. Anyway, NN publishing still keeps quiet about the project although there're some cover design and sample photos sent by e-mail among their circles.
Another candid to mix things up :)
Hope you all had a great week and are looking forward to the weekend. A snowy one if you are in the UK :). I have some catching up to do.
Thanks for all the comments and visits.
The New York City Department of Transportation's Urban Art Program, New York Cares and the Mayor's Community Affairs Unit organized two Barrier Beautification painting events in conjunction with New York Cares Service Day on Saturday, October 19, 2013. The Urban Art Program is collaborating for the first time with a current student at FIT as part of the Barrier Beautification program. Brooklyn-based artist Brittany Falussy joined volunteers to beautify 200 feet of concrete barriers along Bruckner Boulevard and Gerard Avenue in the Bronx.
The illustrative design "Sight Scene" depicts different colored heads wearing various eye glasses. The design is inspired by the artists many trips on the subway and seeing no only all different types of people, but all different types of eye ware.

while technically crap, i love this photo. a display area caught in mid shuffle at ikea during the post-holiday rush. i liked finding something at ikea that wasn't perfectly placed and finished. too bad this was all the endless stream of people walking past would allow.
a chemical storage with on the background some cranes at the container terminal.
