this is the first downhill after the first peak..I remember riding more of the rock and scrabble then most people and catching air over some mounds of grass and freaking people out..

odd picture of the aid station after the downhill of the 2nd peak..Marc's friend Rose was taking pictures and eating small black mushrooms off the hillside that day..
I picked up this functional scanner at a yard sale for $2. It's been a lot of fun to listen in on the county police/fire/misc radio stations. The unit did not include a full antenna, but this upside down metal hanger seems to work as a hold over.

Scanned directly to file from HP scanner. I took a handful of roll-your-own cigarette tubes and dropped them on the scanner. Then added particle filter via PS CS3.
