By making alterative energy sources affordable and profitable, everyone will win. It is worth the effort and a global agreement to save the only planet in the galaxy known to support human life. The Sun and Wind Turbines. Solar and Wind powers are captured along the coast of Bantay and Pagudpud, Philippines in Ilocos Norte province where sunshine and ocean winds are plentiful all year round.
The world can collapse behind me, I don't care.

Global warming is real!

Reflections of snowy mountains and glacier in the Arctic sea.
All the Arctic area and its ecosystem is endangered by the unlimited greed of powerful oil companies and some states that want to see the polar ice melt for their commercial interests. All this beautiful wildlife and lanscapes will soon disappear.

Pentax K1000 - Portra 800 - Louisville, Kentucky - I biked to my favorite pub on this night. I knew downtown was partially flooded but decided to risk it and cycle anyways. On the way to the pub, I had to walk my bike on the train tracks to avoid one street that was flooded. This shot was taken on my way home. The flooding had increased. I had to carry my bike over a fence and carefully work my way around the flooding as the road and train tracks were completely submerged. It was fun and I made it home safely.
Pentax K1000 - Ektar 100 - Red River Gorge - Kentucky - This is a really neat campsite. You have to climb to get on top of the arch, but it's not a difficult climb. The trail around the top of the arch is on a cliff. There are several spots for tents and a nice clearing with a fire pit. There are also several great vistas.
The planet has been through a lot worse than us. Been through earthquakes, volcanoes, plate tectonics, continental drift, solar flares, sun spots, magnetic storms, the magnetic reversal of the poles … hundreds of thousands of years of bombardment by comets and asteroids and meteors, worldwide floods, tidal waves, worldwide fires, erosion, cosmic rays, recurring ice ages … And we think some plastic bags and some aluminum cans are going to make a difference? The planet isn’t going anywhere. WE are!
Nature don't need people. People need nature!
