The failed/flowered swedes and winter radishes have been dug out but so far I haven't been able to convince myself to deprive the bees of their beloved Brussels sprout blooms - and it's very nice to have the bees all busying around there while I'm gardening. I've put about 20 litres of municipal compost on the plot, and added some wood ash in places.

Middle row, L-R: empty, Asturian tree cabbage, empty, empty, sunflower + climbing French beans 'Cherokee Trail of Tears' (hoping the beans can use the sunflower as a cane - anyone know if that'll work?), empty.
Bottom row, L-R: nasturtium, dwarf runner beans 'Hestia', pea shoots, dwarf French beans 'Cantare', empty, beetroot 'Touchstone Gold'.
