When I photographed this event three years ago, this shot was overlooked because the background was so busy with boat shed, docks and boat that the action was not well seen. Now, with extra time on my hands and better processing skills to clear the distracting background, the action is clear. That was one lucky trout and an unlucky Osprey.

When I first spotted the wee one it was struggling to free itself from a spider web. I was able to help by offering the stem of a leaf which it took hold of and I was able to lift it free. It then wandered around to the other side of the Jade 'leaf' and stopped for a couple of photos.
