Theda and Brianna playing in the sandbox

on his weekend with Grandma and Grandpa

This was taken some time in 1970, posting for the anniversary of Apollo 11.

poured casts, in sandbox

My favorite. A play on Guitar Hero. A game where the kids can kick my a$$ but I know the music better!

I like this image because of the irony of a sandbox being coverd in snow. When I saw 'Sandbox' i thought of my childhood summer days playing in the sand. So the irony is the snow covered box at about -21C.

It also qualified as blue. My first choice would have been the women at the KLM checkin desk wearing their vibrant blue uniforms, but I was just too shy to ask them for a picture. I've never been rejected by an inanimate object.

you start out crawling, then you walk, then you get a crabby look on your face.

The eastern tower gives shelter to the sandbox along with extra seating.

So in the typical way of describing things, your browser makes a sandbox for your web page to play in.

為孩子買的沙池,我們家小陽台夠擠了吧

Great Sand Dunes National Park. If you look closely, there are some people about half way up the dune. That will give you some scale. This this is massive. Imagine walking along a beach, but tilted steeply towards the heavens. Difficult and not worth the effort, but amazing nonetheless.
