Moonlight, Red gelled flashlight

Found in my backyard as I dismantled the sandbox the girls no longer play in. I'm a little rusty with a dichotomous key these days, but I'm pretty sure this is the spider known commonly as the False Black Widow. Not as toxic as its more recognizable Family Theridiidae cousin, it actually preys on true Black Widows.

Morgan's dress and bonnet were originally worn by her mom.

Construction near the Merchandise Mart.

I embroidered before I assembled.

Fun with Aunt Liz and Mom in the Sandbox

Charlie is a new addition to our family. He is about four and a half months old in these latest pictures. He is due for a grooming session soon. Charlie is a Maltese-Shih Tzu cross.

Rufus was digging around (just like a dog) in the sand at this city park. I first thought he was making this a big litter box...but later found him digging up an acorn he undoubtedly burried earlier. :-)

I love how much this pattern lets her move and play. She's a super active kid and she needs clothes that don't require her to sit still like a lady.

a outfit for the first day 5k! I love how quick and esy the pattern was. I also made a shirt to match.
