Sam was quite fond of my friend Melissa. She was great with him, too. She was good at wrangling him. You don't realize how quickly those little buggers can take off!

735 Southpark Boulevard, Colonial Heights, VA

This location opened in summer 1994.

The site originally housed a Walmart, which was built and opened in 1990. The store was notoriously destroyed by a tornado cutting through it on August 6th, 1993, and the remainder of the building was demolished shortly after. Walmart temporarily reopened here while their new store nearby was being built, which opened on March 1st, 1994.
