Caught flying over my house, making approaches to PHF and Langley AFB after sunset.

Most Angelinos seemed to suggest that Venice is a slightly depressed part of town: Higher criminality, too many homeless people.

Sam, skillfully combining the sartorial choices of a hippie rendition of Merlin the wizard and Jack Sparrow, was far from depressed. Next to him an empty chair for bystanders to seat and a sheet of paper that read: “Free deep Conversations”. All for free, but I couldn’t partake. When I left he was reading from a “scroll” full of mysterious sentences.

Carlie, on the other hand, placidly read a book on a small patch of green just at the border between Venice and Santa Monica. No depression either: A smile for the camera instead.
