Everyone should have an operational fire extinguisher in or near the kitchen. This one's never been used, but I was close to pulling the ring and spraying a couple of times.
Took this back in 2017. I did modify it and took some additional type below out but I think it's appropriate for today.
I have just returned home from a still photography workshop at the Nevada Northern Railway in Ely, Nevada. A photo bucket list event that I have wanted to attend for several years. Pentax K1i and Pentax DFA 28-105.
For some reason this train was going at least twice its normal speed through this section of track - Cushman Village MA

Candid street photography from Glasgow, Scotland. Quite a smoke screen he is creating between his vape and the mobile phone - it definitely caught my eye. On a side note I have started vaping too, reducing my cigarette smoking and aiming to switch over entirely soon and then wean myself off of nicotine. Have tried many other ways to quit without success so far but this feels promising - fingers crossed!
Industrial electric light. It is supposed to be water proof. In fact, it's half-full with rainwater. An electric bulb is half-submerged, and works, and shines under water. Crazy surreal real life. Street photo.
AB1600 with beauty dish above and in front of model, AB1600 behind model with 30 deg grid down low aiming up. Triggered by cyber syncs.
A pair of Metrobuses head back to the Cinder Bed Rd. yard as conditions became too unsafe to continue.
Some processing saved for a rainy day. This is a shot of Bristol Harbourside looking towards Hotwells & the 19th C. ship the ss Great Britain . Dedicated to Gary Newman.
...das neue Jahr kann kommen, wir sind vorbereitet! Ich wünsche allen Flickranten einen guten Rutsch ins nächste Kapitel und freue mich auf viele neue Bilder!
This is the protected walkway across the Eads Bridge. We are looking east toward Illinois from the Missouri side of the Mississippi River.
Luckily, I and the two coral gulls are sitting on a cliff a good 50m high near Cala Torta (Cake Bay), otherwise the giant wave would have thundered over us. The wild NE coast of Mallorca between Cala Mesquida and the bay of Alcudia is one of the scenic highlights of the island and is home to a large population of coral gulls.
