Thanks to a friend who shared with me the location of this fox den south of Calgary, I was able to spend a couple of hours with this fox family. So much fun watching the pups play. When mom came running out from a field the pups went crazy….they were so happy to see her.

Daryl felt pretty safe in residential neighborhoods. Sure, he had to watch for cats and an occasional hawk, but, for the most part, he felt secure. What he didn't plan on was some bonehead 10-year-old with a bow.

This safe was on the ground, near the rusty Pullman car. I noticed the Rowell up at the top and realized this safe at one time belonged to one of the local, long standing business. I had a thought in my mind to call the local historical society and let them know about it, since the local paper just published an article on it.

However after running into Mr. Policeman. I decided to mind my own business..
